30 Days of Self-Care

Self-care. Something that everyone is talking about, but no one seems to actually make the time.

I found myself falling into this category. I saw "self-care" as just zoning out to Netflix at the end of the day, but in reality, you need something that is not only relaxing, but refreshing. So I have created a 30 day chart of self-care. It is just one activity, mainly small things, each day to hopefully feel rejuvenated and renewed by the end of the month.


I would love to see so many of you committing to your own emotional and physical health by taking care of yourself. It's not selfish. The more you have, the more you can give to others. It's time to stop feeling so drained all the time. Fill up your tank in order for you to turn around and be able to love others well.
